I have been Lead UX Designer for more than 4 years in reclamador.es, designing and developing the service and assembling the Product team from scratch. In reclamador we were changing the way we access justice and through technology it can be facilitated and democratized. We were creating a new sector, the LegalTech, giving people an easy and simple online legal service. Developing a digital product in a sector such as the Legal one is not easy. It is a very complex sector, it takes a great effort to understand the legal processes and jargon. So in reclamador.es I spent a few years dedicating myself to: Build a successful Product team with strong user centered design methodology, implement the product design methodology in the company, build the legal service and shape the experience helping shape the team’s roadmap through research, observation, and iteration, create compelling user flows and translate them into simple, usable and elegant experiences.
My work lives at the intersection of design & psychology.
Placing emphasis on analysis phase (research, understand and ideation). Making impossible to ignore the human side in the development of technology.
When designers are asked to solve problems unable to pay attention to users (their cognitive reasoning, their behavior, their context, their problems or motivations…) the design is prevented from being more useful or usable than it was to be with.
And what I really want designing is usefulness and delightfulness.
