Very often I am asked how a psychologist ended up being a designer. Well, the application of psychology in technological development is something that has been done for a long time, but it is a little-known area. In this talk that I gave at the Hironhack school, I explain with a few examples how the entire area of scientific knowledge of Psychology is applied in the day-to-day of interaction design.
As a notepad, I am collecting here some ideas that express a little better my way of understanding product design.
